Imagery of the iris, retina, fingerprint, face, hand, palm, vein patterns, and voice recordings, from which an identifier template can be extracted (faceprint, a minutiae template, voiceprint), and keystroke patterns, gait patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data that contain identifying information.

J. Non – public educational information (as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)).

    “Publicly available” means information that is lawfully made available from federal, state, or local government records, if any conditions associated with such information.
  • “Probabilistic identifier” means the identification of a consumer or a device to a degree of certainty of more probable than not based on any categories of personal information included in.
  • “Processing” means any operation or set of operations that are performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means.

We do not sell consumers’ information or make profit from it. We simply use cookies to follow your recent purchase, website access and then give the relevant ads.

6. Consumer Right

Right to know and access your personal information: You have the right to know categories of information we collect, the source from which we collect your information, the third party we disclose your information to, our business and commercial purpose, the use of your information as well as the right to request us to provide your information we collected.

Right of under 16-year-old age: If we acknowledge the consumer’s age, we shall not sell those consumer personal information unless consumer between 13 and 16 years, of age, or the consumer’s parent or guardian of whom are less than 13 years of age, has affirmatively authorized the sale of the consumer’s personal information. 

Right to be free from discrimination: We are permitted to provide a different price or rate to consumers who opt-out of the sale. When you choose to opt-out, you are still able to enter and read our website information.

Or after sending the request, you will receive an acknowledging email from our company which indicate that we have completed the request or or apologize for the delay and our future request completing date.
